Ordered the wrong size and got in contact with Xero and they instructed me on how to exchange which was quick and easy. Kept me informed that the size I needed was out of stock and gave me the option for refund or to wait. I was happy to wait a couple weeks and glad I did. Best casual shoe I have ever owned. Awesome style & fit
Love my new Xero shoes. I got a pair of runners a couple of months back and they have been fantastic. so I decided to get a smart casual pair for work and these have been awesome. When on a client site I'm on my feet a lot and since wearing my new Xero shoes my legs and back aren't stiff after the day at all. First class!

Great shoes at a fair price. Robust, comfortable and relatively stylish. One star off for one weak point - slippery on pavement type surfaces when wet or rainy conditions.

Comfortable
I only use these for more special occasions, it's nice to have a comfortable flexible shoe for those occasions! A little less flexible than my other xero shoes but flexible enough. Only issue I've noticed with the brown colour shoes, after a while the sweat from my feet comes through the sides at the base darkening the colour, until it dries later. (Maybe this is just an issue for me as I'm not used to shoes that are not so breathable and maybe my feet sweat more than normal!) So if you get sweaty feet then maybe black is a better option.

Foot shaped
I love my new Glenn shoes. They are way more stylish than my first pair of foot-shaped shoes. This one looks good and has space for my toes! Can't go back to wearing 'normal' shoes... First couple of days my heal wasn't entirely happy. Not sure if the shoe was still a bit stiff, or it is something with the stitching at the back. But it's not an issue anymore and I enjoy my shoes very much!
