NOTE: The Daylite Hiker has a wider toe box than conventional men’s shoes. If your feet are particularly narrow, consider the Daylite Hiker Fusion Black Womens. Just make sure to adjust the size by 1.5 (for example, a men’s 8 is the same length as a women’s 9.5).

Size runs on the small side
I really liked the look, grip and concept of these. A real disappointment that the size 14 was too small, and that’s the biggest made. I have other shoe brands in size 14 that fit from perfect, to a tad small. But in these my big toe was pressed firmly into the end just standing in them. I had to return them and look elsewhere.

My feet are so happy!
Now that I wear Xero shoes my feet don't hurt at the end of long day. They really are VERY comfortable and well made.

Good Minimalist Hiking Boots
It is hard to find good minimalist hiking boots. These are good. Nothing spectacular, but they seem to do the job. At least a half-size too big (based on recommended size) but, with the cost of exchanges by mail, I will stick with what I have. I have had them a week and used them twice on short day-hikes. They seem to be holding up well.

Never owned a pair of hiking shoes before, so can't compare. But wore them for the first time on a hike up a mountain and was impressed!

Daylite Hiker Fusion Black Men
Love these shoes. I've taken the soles out and love them even more. I'm a size 13 and I find them very light and comfortable. I felt that maybe I walked a bit different at first with them but after only a little while if I was walking differently, I didn't notice that any more. Definitely recommend these.
